The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms in Shanghai, with the friendly staff quickly addressing any issues such as room temperature. However, I experienced food poisoning from the hotel's restaurant. The room provided a large queen bed, sitting area, desk, and bathroom, offering great comfort and space.

Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were just average and not very clean, unfortunately leading to a food poisoning incident from the hotel restaurant. However, the staff eventually rectified an overcharging issue I faced. The location, though not ideal for public transportation, was decent and could be nice in the summer. The dining experience was pleasant with nice dishes available.
